Nancy Krawczyk

Nancy Krawczyk has more than 20 years of consumer goods experience in marketing, sales and category management. She began her marketing career at McCormick & Company. In 1990, she joined the marketing team at Campbell Soup Company, where she spent the majority of her career in brand management and sales strategy. In 2007, Krawczyk joined the Network of Executive Women as director of client services, working with network partners and regional groups to bring NEW’s mission to life. During her tenure, Krawczyk and her team have doubled revenue, partners and number of regional groups and drove the Network’s growth to nearly $6 million dollars annually. Today she leads the marketing and corporate partnership team to develop strategies, programs and resources to better meet the needs of the Network's corporate partners and members, while growing the NEW brand. Krawczyk has always had a passion for diversity and was a founding member of the Women of Campbell’s Network. She served as a board member for the YWCA of Camden County in New Jersey for seven years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Boston College and a master of business administration degree from Georgetown University.
