Ena Williams

Ena Williams is responsible for the creation and delivery of world-class master licensee and master franchisee support across 30,000 7-Eleven stores worldwide. She leads a team accountable for strategic and tactical cross-functional execution in operations, merchandising, logistics, leveraging, store development and construction, HR and training, IT, finance and planning, with P&L responsibility for roughly $25 billion in system revenue and $100 million in royalty income. Previously, Williams served as senior vice president of operations for the west region for 7-Eleven Inc. She was responsible for nearly 4,000 stores in a dozen states generating more than $6 billion in merchandise sales and more than $11 billion in total system revenue. Prior to that, she held the position of vice president of the Southwest division, where she was responsible for franchised and corporate stores in Southern California. Williams joined 7-Eleven Inc. in 2008 following an extensive career with Mobil Oil and ExxonMobil, including her most recent position there as division manager for the West Coast and Midwest dealer/franchise business units. She holds a bachelor's degree from University of Virginia and a master of business administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
